Visionary Leadership

Manish Singhal – CEO

With over 25 years of experience in the outdoor adventure and experiential learning industry, Manish Singhal is a visionary leader and adventure professional specializing in the design, development, and operation of world-class adventure parks and outdoor experiences.

A Civil Engineer by profession, he seamlessly combines technical expertise with innovation to create unique indoor and outdoor adventure infrastructures. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the setup and operation of adventure parks and delivered 300+ corporate outbound training programs.

His notable achievements include conceptualizing and establishing India's first integrated Adventure Park – 19 Degree North at Aamby Valley City, along with contributing to the development of leading adventure destinations across the country.

Under his leadership, UB Adventurez continues to create safe, innovative, and unforgettable adventure experiences for corporates, educational institutions, resorts, and tourism destinations.

Kashif Nizam Usmani – Director

With over 30 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and strategic leadership, Kashif Nizam Usmani plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of UB Adventurez.

As Director, he leads business development initiatives, cultivates strategic partnerships, and spearheads project acquisition across the hospitality, tourism, adventure, and recreation sectors.

Known for his strong industry network and exceptional negotiation skills, Kashif has successfully built long-term relationships with corporates, government bodies, developers, and private stakeholders.

With a results-driven approach and a vision for innovation, he continues to strengthen UB Adventurez's position as a trusted partner for adventure park development, experiential tourism, and outdoor recreation solutions.
